Marion County man arrested for failing to register as a sex offender

 

 

 

 

Richard Quinn

On December 28, 2011, Richard Quinn, age 52, of northern Marion County, was arrested on a Marion County Felony Warrant for: “Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements”, a class C felony.  According to the ArkansasCrimeInformationCenter, Quinn is a level 4 sex offender, and is required to report to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office every 3 months to verify his residence and other information, in which he failed to do so.  Quinn’s bond was set at $1,500.00 in which he posted.  Quinn is scheduled to make his first appearance before the Marion County Circuit Court on January 18th, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
